House wanted 2 or 3 bedrooms in Northampton

Hi, im looking to move to northamton to complete a masters degree, I need a 2 or 3 bedroomed property which will accept housing benefit, they are willing to pay 520 pcm but I am able to look for things up to 560/570. I am able to have a guarntor and pay a bond if required. I would prefer furnished although unfurnished is not a problem, I would like to be as close as possible to park campus of the univeristy of northampton. parking either on or off road must be avaiable. I am looking to move within the first two weeks of septemeber and will be leaving august 2012.
